the patent is owned by Kapadia. Star has a licensing agreement.  If they were to bankrupt and change the name that would defeat the point of voting in new directors and getting a new ceo on board.
hopefully the new leaders of the company can Get us out of this turbulence , guide us back to safety for a lucrative future.
