Well at least I offered up something that can be useful to some, other than making a definite statement (as negative as it is), with no foundation, .... as you did. Backup your statements not with "this is all a smoke screen" but instead,for instance.... back it up with " I have reviewed all pr's and have concluded".
Members of the Board and Shareholders just don't lock up their shares for no good reasons. So please keep your negativity and whining to yourself.
