1. to consider, and if deemed advisable, to pass with or without variation, a special resolution, the form of which is set forth in the management information circular of the Corporation dated April 2, 2024 (the "Circular") for the purposes of (i) authorizing and empowering the board of directors of the Corporation (the "Board") to amend the articles of the Corporation to effect a consolidation (the "Consolidation") of all of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Corporation (the "Common Shares") such that the trading price of the post-Consolidation Common Shares will be between $0.20 and $0.40 per post- Consolidation Common Share (the "Post-Consolidation Share Price Range"), and (ii) authorizing and empowering the Board to determine the final Consolidation ratio (the "Consolidation Ratio"), provided that such Consolidation Ratio results in the trading price of the post-Consolidation Common Shares falling within the Post-Consolidation Share Price Range;

Only 8 more days to go , let's c what's happening, hope they should have any good news before that ,reverse split is necessary, it's hard to to hold any dhare price with billions shares . But it doesn't matter price will drop after that if they got some real PR's

Guaranteed price will drop after reverse split.  Company has a history of constant dilution.  This reverse split will simply facilitate future financings.  More dilution will cone, hence future price drops.  The investor never wins in such cycles.

They need funds during product development, why they need dilution if they got orders to cover their expenses, I don't know why u think so nagative about SNA

I get that they need funds.  It has been over 20 years, we have seen what tangible result?  I don't mind dilution when the funds are being used to advance the company.  I can't prove that the contrary has or is being done.  But my gut has me thinking negatively.  Look at FYHT pr's and how advanced they are as a company.  Bunch of Letter of intents, no

I can understand they always show fake orders and collect funds from same investors all the time ,they always lied, but we don't have choice to believe, because we are too deep red here , only Flight Path is the hope right now , they are working to get orders now .

Yes Flightpath seems to be the path to success for the company Star Navigation Systems.  Any of you follow the pot stocks storyline a little?  Could be similarities here.  If you have followed closely you would know that the company Hexo in Quebec had the major distribution contract with SQDC.  Hexo went on a buying spree and bought a few overpriced companies to put itself in

Nah.....sorry I will not attend.  I have attended a few in the past.  I mean a lot of blah blah goes on in those events.  I personally don't really buy into blah blah and pr's.  I am more concerned with actual shareprice performance.  I can appreciate that from the seat of my own home!
