Did you know for the past year and a half that all the employees took 80% pay cuts, down to almost nothing to keep the ship afloat? You know why?
Simple, because they believe in the technology that they created and they know if given a chance that sales are coming. Star could put out fluffy news releases if they want but that was done before. Things have indeed changed for the better with this new management.
As a shareholder I liked seeing a live interview from the Singapore Airshow. It was a great carry over from the Dubai Airshow and as the boys said, they are being noticed in a very positive way.
Same old same old isn't really the case anymore. Partnerships, something old management didn't do very well with, now looks to blossom. Thats a good sign as it lends credibility to a company that didn't do very well with that word. These companies want to partner with Star now and thats what matters. It's evident to them that the technology is good and that new management is making a differenc.
I went back to the real estate business and I'm enjoying it again. We stated a company from scratch about 2 years ago. We started trading in July of 2020. We have grown the company to 80 agents and hiring more weekly. I'm proud to say we have done over a thousand deals since then in the resale and preconstruction market. 40% resale and 60% preconstruction.
I can say I am keeping very busy. As a REALTOR we have fudiciary duties to our clients. I take these very seriously to protect their best interests. As a former employee of Star I treat them the same way. I have a substantial investment in the company but compared to you about half of that. Give the boys a chance to perform the way I think they can. You may be surprised.
I can hear the words coming from you already, lol "I weon't hold my breath". I get it. Just give them a chance. 6 months ago your shares were worth nothing. We have nothing to lose and everything to gain if the boys do surprise us.
