RE:RE:Investor Material - BC and Cali playWhat i believe is that there are 5 stages to get the liscence.  Apparently stage 2 is having the place to grow the stuff (greenhouse).   That's why Canopy Growth was a step ahead with the x Hershey Chocolate Factory buildings.    Osoyoos is on stage 2, building the facilities/greenhouse... Even though the Natives have an advantage, they still follow the steps. And the government says that everyone who complies/qualifies  will get it ...  so the biggest advantage I see here is probably costs as they are on Native land with a good land-lease and for Osoyoos, the majority of the shares must be held by natives  ( but then once it trades who knows who owns what - I guess !?)
