They'll break ground in June and production will be ready to begin in December. And then, anything they'll produce will be *guaranteed* sold to either Canopy or NHS patients. The big thing here is the financing issue. If they can secure loans for $100m+, this would be huge not just for the company but for the sector in general. It would be a first and many people are extremely sceptical. But the massive supply deal with Canopy was also a first, and these two things (the supply deal and financing) are tied together. So what I'm saying is.... before they break ground, they'll get the financing. And once they get the financing... all hell will break loose as far as the share price goes. In a good way. Depending on how the overall sector is doing, this could mean a double-digit % or a triple-digit % appreciation, and things will look a lot different then.
