Don't see how margins could be higher if they need to ship it all the way from California. Besides, California is the bigger market... if anything, the reverse scenario would make more sense because all the talk these days is about how oversupplied the Canadian market is going to be, while many of the California growers will not be able to meet regulatory requirements.
