Although I agree with a lot, the biggest issue is they are not ACMPR in Canada anyway..... They need a completed facility and the inspections done which is minimum 6 months out. Good base, seems like the only hardship with this company is they have been extremely aggressive in building size and tackling two markets at once. If a split between Canada and USA divisions happens then this could really take off and yes becomes attractive for potential partnership or buyout as well.
