I do feel.the price paid is not at a high premium and I like the performance portion of it. Let's hope there is more disclosure tomorrow regarding the Canadian status. Looking at the images from Okanagan, there has been a pile of greenhouse framing materials and such being prepared for build, so that is a good sign that development is continuing and a financing announcement or strategic announcement should be made shortly. They likely only need around 45 million for phase 1 buildout of the Okanagan facility, which will be more than enough capacity to meet the Canopy contract and supply NHS.
