..with respect Gotmoney, we've heard this before but they did. If they had to do another PP it would have to be under 3bucks and I'd be out at that point. I sold more than half my position at a loss andf what's left has dropped another 25% since. So for me, this stock is in "show me" mode. SNN and RIV are the only dogs in my portfolio. Both of them have long term potential but for the foreseeable future I'll be in and out of both to get my averages down. I'll reassess after I see how the whole spinout is handled and if the uplisting happens as promised on the Canadian portion. If they leave it on the CSE it will be just one more example to me that mgmt cannot deliver on their commitments.

I see your point Bluesguy but I expect SNN's revenue in 2018 Q4 to be much higher than 2018 Q3 based on great rec sales in CA and increased direct sales to Can patients.  These should adequately cover their general operating and admin costs for 2018 Q4.  We can expect the spin off to be presented to shareholders in 2019 Q1 for a vote.  I think that SNN's sp would have appreciated by the time the spin off is announced and should there be a need for a pp, it would be at a much higher sp than the last raise.

Just my opinion.
