Considering that Acreage has no significant presence in California yet, Canopy only has dispensaries to date (via Terrascend), interstate movement of cannabis is illegal for the foreseeable future, and whoever wins California likely wins the US, then Sunniva could possibly be viewed in a better light especially with the upcoming sale of Canadian assets. Looks like we may have a decent open today.
