Yeah so what's the hoopla all about?  So what if the company is becoming two separate domiciled companies in their respective jurisdictions?  It's far better structuring shareholder value this way, each independent of risk that may or may not exist in the other jurisdiction.  Shareholders get the same value, minus relatively small legal fees compared to the big picture of revenues.  The selling today is just a carry-over of irrational fear being planted by a Stockhouse poster and an odd analyst article.  For every analyst with a negative outlook, there's two with a positive outlook.  So...

Not exactly like it's going down on high volume, only 120k shares traded so far today.  I think it will turn around once the financing picture is clear and production gets going.

This is a very fine opportunity indeed! I'm scaling in my first entry position at these levels, which I consider a gift! The venture and MJ summer selloff along with the uncertainty around this split have created a "perfect storm" and a real value opportunity IMO. The 7.50 technical support breakdown forecast a downdraft although I hadn't expected it to be so bloody so quickly
