I did see her attack.  She "framed" the comments as if there was some "conspiracy" underfoot.  Either way, once the earnings/financials come out and the lawsuit gets resolved it should stop being an overhang.

One question i had, is I am struggling to determine if the option referenced by 1235 Fund in the suit regarding 1.7MM Verano shares is in addition to the $50MM CAD debt or in leiu of the debt.

Essentially, what are the amounts owed that they are requesting.  Reviewing the docs and the press releases, its a little tricky to reconcile the numbers.

Any thoughts?
