Financing

Back on Oct 11th the company announced they were arranging a $750,000 financing. We have heard nothing since. Could it be nobody is interested. With hundreds of millions of shares outstanding (after the Darkhorse deal) and no revenues and the stock bid at $.025 why would anybody be interested in this company.

They were also talking about some new technology for the voting but we have heard nothing more about that. You have to wonder if anything they say has any substance.

Interesting to see what darkhorse looks like.  Wonder if they can speak to it at some pt?
