Interesting partners

Interesting partners  Checking out some info on their partner GE Healthcare Life Sciences which is now Cytiva Which is owned by Danaher(huge company). On their own website their best point of care test according to their video on their website works best in a hospital or lab setting. Sona test not really their competition as Sona's portable, more front line. What was interesting is the FFHP membrane that is to be sold with each tester. Sona gets all rights to the test while GE now Cytiva get their FFHP membrane sold with the test. The cheapest priced one they have on their website is $175...that should be a huge sale Cytiva/Danaher. So why wouldn't Danaher push for a point of care unit that's not in direct competition with theirs but make the company they just bought on March 31 a boatload of cash...just thought it was interesting so I figured I'd share....Cheers Glta
