It seems only the US is acting on tesing from 7 days ago. Opportunities available for all FDA approved tests.

Today on the national news program, Meet the Press, the first interview was with Frances Collins, the Director of NIH. In response to the Moderator's questions about the problem regarding current long delays in getting Covid 19 test results, Dr. Collins declared that the government is moving to a Point of care diagnostic testing program with test results at the point of care in minutes. His comments underscored government's plan for an dramatic increase in the production and implementation of rapid result point of care diagnostic testing for Covid 19. Dr. Collins commented the need for this testing will be going on for years.

Similar programs are being implemented by Federal, State, and local governments and industry, to test personnel in the military, government first responders (police Fire Dept paramedics health care providers and patients), large industries with workers in close proximity to each others (food processing plants, utilities, distribution hubs and manufacturing plants). Schools are starting similar regular testing programs to allow students to return to school safely, and prevent infections from being brought home to parents and vulnerable grandparents. Deploying these tests are planned for walk in clinics and pharmacies to allow people to see if they are free of infection for them to got o work or visit family.
