The difference between a stock and a companyGreetings!
I hope this finds everyone well!
During these times when the SONA share price slides up many percentage points, and down many percentage points, I find it very helpful(if you are a stock-price watcher of course), to remind yourself that SONA stock is related, but different than SONA company.
SONA Company and all of it's success will have a material impact on what SONA stock does, over the longer term.
SONA stock has very little to do with the success of SONA company. A higher share price might help them attract investors, and it might help them raise more money, but in the end, it is nothing more than a guage of what people that want to buy in believe it to be worth. Kind of like an echo.
If I blinded you to the daily vibrations of the market and it's share prices, what would you do? When would you exit SONA and take profits????
Quite likely, you would wait until the story of SONA company changed. You might wait until you felt most of it's potential had been realized, or that it's future income was at risk due to something external, or internal. Regardless, you would likely wait until the company and it's outlook has changed.
NOTHING HAS CHANGED AT SONA.
Hold tight, wait for the story to unfold.
Cheers!
