RESUMESuddenly there seems to be a rather negative feeling to the board, with doubts being raised by even previously positive posters. Has the recent Short Attack spooked even believers? The doubts seem mainly to be:
1. The possibility of the field tests being disappointing
2. The Sona Board having no experience of running a major operation
3. The ability of Sona to ramp up sufficiently
4. The competition to Sona´s product
5. The high valuation already attributed to Sona despite zero revenue
While it is obviously prudent to consider all of the above and to question every aspect of one´s investment I, personally, do not feel at all pessimistic but rather optimistic for the following reasons:
6. The field tests have been in process for some time now and will be being reviewed as they progress. I think that if there were any major failure this would have been considered Material and would have had to be announced by now.Remember the wait and negative comments on Validation?
7. If they had an inkling that that the tests were not up to expectations I doubt that they would be arranging the presentations and making the very positive projections that they are.
8. At present thare is NO test available or even in advanced stage, that we know of, that challenges the attributes of the Sona test as a Mass Screening tool
9. Sona is working very closely with Cytiva who are a massive operator who will put Sona in contact with the right manufacturers and help them along.
10. Their SP is based on potential and that potential, if all falls in place, is huge and well justifies the SP and much more if the projections are only partly fulfilled.
Of course we should be analytical and prudent but I believe that the picture looks very promising and that, while risks do exist (they always do), we should be well rewarded if we achieve anything like the potential success that seems possible.
