RE:RE:RE:What other products does this company sellNot doubting what you are reading but this entity is an amalgamation of Stockport ( a publically traded exploration company) and Sona Nanotech (a private company in the nanotechnology life sciences industry) and the amalgamation took place Mar 22, 2018.  

I have not reviewed what you are referring to but, although the name and go forward focus is Sona and not Stockport, from an accounting perspective the surviving entity from the amalgamation is Stockport so it's financial history (prior to the amalgamation) is what you are seeing.  Additionally, losses due to writedowns on assets (e.g. mining claims/properties) brought over on Stockport's statements would show as losses on the statements after 2018.

So you might be right but there is so much more to the story and stating the financial history with no context appears to be an attempt to skew the current and potential financial stability of the company.
