I'm not really a fan of TradeBull, but I agree here...

A share holder who decided to dump strock doing a market sell filled a lot of oders and probably some traders stop loss orders tripped the circuit breaker which halted it. So if this continues to trade thin and the bid ask spreads remain the same then yes I see this happening again but this time it was not the companies doing.
