RE:Why I think approval will be on Nov 4.thanks for posting this... it's hard to wait, but if HC says 40 days, I guess it's gonna be 40 days...

they must be swamped, on the other hand, under pressure to approve more tests and testing options, so unlikely to go much past 40 days...
