RE:RE:Boycott Sona Alert!Yeah I am not worried about this greasy lawsuit BS. These things ooooze out all the time when there is any type of big drop or event, try and squeeze a settlement out of companies.
I am in Slack and after a big drop about 4-5 law firms when fishing around for anyone wanting to sign up and try a suit. I checked out some of the law first, they were annoucing lawsuits about every week again companies. The bottom of the grease pan.
Most never get off the ground, or the company does not settle and it takes years to get argued. They sued Facebook on it's IPO, took 3-4 years and they got chump-change compared to what FB is worth now.
Sona has a good test, working with HC on it, think they working even working closey enough for HC to let them know to pull it, get more data and come back vs getting rejected. And we are blazing new trails here with this emergency approvals and new tests so, they know to roll up with more stats the next time.
Why HC did not tell them that as soon as they friggen submitted it, I have no idea! But I guess after the lab dug into it, they wanted a biggle sample like Abbott or BD.
