Another stock, KNDI which I follow is any example you can see the same MO as those hunting down clients for their suit against SONA. They mount an advertisement campaign as you have seen with Sona, new release after new release recruiting stockholders who have suffered a lose. I had a chuckle at the one that leads with BREAKING ALERT as if they were CNN!
Look at the significant appreciation of KNDI over the past months based on their performance, it is good.
Now try and search.for successful suits and payouts of such cases. I could not find them, only solicitations for clients.
In my opinion they do not have a case. They are pursuing this company because there is opportunity. Investors who lost faith in the company sold at a lost, some with large loses, and want to recoupe some money. If any win or out of court settlement are made you can be sure who is first in line for payments! Why do you have so many different "firms" actively solicting clients? Why? they are making money off it.
