No matter how good a plan the comany comes up with, there will still be a lack of investor confidence under the current CEO. The market will likely respond well if Sona announces a change in CEO, with the replacement being someone who is well respected and has a track record of success in the industry. This would add credibility to any future plan, which would mean better share price. However, finding that correct CEO is not easy. Maybe you are right - Rowles is better than Regan. That change can be done right away (I think). You have my vote on this choice.
