PCR TESTS VS. ANTIGEN TESTS
Why antigen test may really be more accurate than the PCR test where it matters. Michael Mina explains:
"To save society from this virus, we need to focus on daily fast #COVID19 tests. These are more critical now than even vaccines Forget the headlines! These are not less accurate. They are perhaps MORE accurate to tell when transmitting Ill explain
The “high sensitivity” PCR tests are diagnostic. They look for any remnants of the virus - great for diagnostics But the MAJORITY of time someone is PCR positive, those remnants do not indicate transmissible virus. They indicate remnants of a recently cleared infection"
Sona's lateral flow antigen test shines through when it comes to detecting covid 19 in people whether asymptomatic or symptomatic early on when people are infectious. That is exactly what the world needs to stop the spread of covid 19!
By stopping infectuous people from spreading the virus to other unsuspecting people.

That is correct. We have been waiting for the FDA to realize this as we jumped through the hoops since the prototype was developed in February.

WRONG. You really need to know what you are talking about.

lol, we can use a pregnancy test to look for asymptomatic people also but it doesn't mean it's going to work or work well does it? Why would you want to use a test with inferior performance as a screening tool? Do you like being in a pandemic?
