I don't know what I'm doing wrong

I formatted my last two posts in paragraphs and in the second 2 lines of space between paragraphs. It just came out the same. Is there something wrong with Stockhouse posting software?

When I post from my phone it doesn't recognize anything aside from text and single spaces. When I post from my computer the formatting can be whatever I want. Very strange. Cheers!
