Management has a poor reputation is what you are saying? Well, perhaps this is the last kick at the can they will get. The next month or two will redeem them, or cause investors to never trust them again. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt.  James is also the president and director of Cruz Cobalt. Lots of management crossover between Spearment and Cruz. Cruze is trading around 0.06
