GREAT IDEA!  Spin-out every 'stand alone' Property.  Win-Win  !     Leave SPMT as the 'Parent Company'.  Big win for shareholders of each entity.  Monetize!   Love it!   Go SPMT.  This is your time.   GaL         [ The hardest part will be finding 'creative' names for all those Properties  ]
