It seems like green islands global opportunities fund is buying up all spo debt. Over 100 000 000 shares now. It looks like green islands global opportunities fund is a shell company in Grand Cayman that is part of the Chinese investment group Bin Yuan capital. Makes me wonder what their motivation is?

Go to insiders and look under july 23 at shares held. Then research the company. Google search the numbers and it will lead you to Bin Yuan
