I don't think the JV deal is being opened up necessarilyI'm not sure that they are re-negotiating the JV, but rather just talking about what they have before in a different way.  

"De-risking the cannabis beverage strategy by opening up to partnering and supplying multiple customers with formulated products to address industry issues."  

'Multiple customers' could literally mean one other partner, so 2, and that partner can be a CBD based beverage company, since the JV exclusivity only relates to THC beverages.  
Sproutly also plans to market their Bio-Natural Oil(BNO), in addition to the infuz2o. The Moosehead JV only relates to infuz2o based products.  
Also, Sproutly has their own line of formulated beverages, both BNO and infuz2o, and they have always stated their intention to market them as well. I can only assume the JV exclusivity does not include the technology provider itself; Sproutly.
