Keith is done for IMO. That placement is just a thinly veiled insult masquerading as a face save for his future career. What guy wants to go from being the CEO to some sideshow advisor? He's gone from the SPR picture.

yes they have screwed everyone and this is 100% insider trading . Most likely unloaded all the share during the last year on retails etc...

This is beyond a scam at this point in time. Something needs to happen to these crooks. Legall or not legal I could care less but these scamming piece of turds shouldnt be aloud to touch another public company.
