Sproutly Canada, Inc. is a Canada-based company that is a supplier of all-natural water-soluble and oil ingredients for cannabis products for the beverage and consumables market. The Company intends to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in the medicinal and recreational cannabis industry. The Company's Health Canada Licensed Facility is located in the greater Toronto area that operates the application (APP) technology and produces naturally water-soluble cannabis solution (Infuz2O) and cannabis plant oils infused into natural oils (BNO), each delivering the plant spectrum of natural bioactive molecules. Infuz2O is a natural water-soluble cannabis solution that can be stably formulated into traditional beverages without the use of artificial chemicals and/or physical means to keep the cannabinoids blended in the water base. Based on a 15% THC strain with 150,000mg of cannabanoids and a drink profile with 2.5mg of THC.

Retrieve 135,000 mg of cannabanoids
30% Water Soluble (45,000)
60% BNO (90,000)

1kg of the water soluble THC extract can power 18,000 @ 2.5mg/drink
10,000kg of water soluble THC extract can power 180,000,000 drinks @ 2.5mg/drink
The inputs will cost partners $0.275 to $0.405 for THC input per can
If the all 180 million drinks are sold it would generate $45-65 million in upfront revenue (pie in the sky numbers for now)

Moosehead sells 140,000,000 beverages per year. Weed is not beer, but its the comparison we have. Canopy built their bottling facility with a capacity of 5 million cans per month or 60 million per year so they are expecting the demand for drinks to be there.

The big elephant in the room is the Bio Natural Oil that will be created and needs to be infused into other products. For every mg of water soluble material there are 2mg of BNO that needs to be infused into edibles. This is why LP's are so important, their integration with edible candies and oils has to become part of any deal to accomodate for the amount of BNO that will be available.
