RE:Discord Linkyikes... The amount of cope and straight up apologizing for Dr. Sen's behaviour running this company is a pain to see on that Discord board. I feel for the early shareholders that have to watch new shareholders buy in for pennies. A lot of stockholm syndrome going on. News flash guys... you are shareholders. It doesn't matter if he's the founder. He made a promise to shareholders and the market to deliver on promises. It's unfathomable that members of that board still do shameless promoting for him.
The fact this man syphoned off millions of dollars from early shareholders into his private co. where he is currently generating even more money for himself while leaving everything hanging on this side of the border is really something.
There are so many other red flags here. Practically every other team member with consumer goods experience... gone... board members... gone... No formal shareholders calls or updates.. missed deadlines. I could go on and on.
There needs to be some accountability here. The only thing I see here is that this guy leveraged the publicity of MH partnership + public markets access to benefit himself privately, all at the expense of the shareholders. And the worst part is he still owns the licensing if it all goes belly up. I don't see how this is not a major conflict of interest.
