so I finally spoke to rbc. And they told me that the paperwork from the transfer agent has to be sent over so it can traded with the new symbol or something. Can take up to 5 business days. I can still trade but it will take a few a minutes for transaction to go through since the bank has to do it manually. Or something. Lol. Terrible planning on the transfer agents side.
