It is basically a party hand shake with a fancy title, and that is why the Definitive Agreement signing is so important if this deal is to be considered credible.

Lets hope tomorrow brings the market something binding to get their teeth into.

Even an unsigned definitive agreement is no guarantee. I've learned that the hard way with WHY.v.
