RE:RE:i loaded heavy

RE:RE:i loaded heavyIt's obvious a leak got out that the deal was delayed under the original terms and the institutional traders colluded in a daily short & cover scheme to destroy the share price, hence the 23,000,000 short volume we saw between Jan 15th and Feb 15th.

At the very least the uptick rule needs to put back in place, but I would argue for even more aggressive regulation to limit the impact on juniors specifically needs to be implemented via daily threshold limits of the share price where shorting is prohibited, i.e if the share price drops a certain percent in a given day shorting would not be permitted. It's the daily shorting that's real problem here, I have no problem with long term shorting.

Anyone claiming  that these BB have no impact on the SP is an outright liar. What is written on these boards is monitored closely and most definitely has a definite impact of the sentiment of traders and investors.
