The only one reason is because the manager SIGNED a lot of fake press releases with a lot of fake information about expansion which never comes, about products which never exist, about presentation on fail Intertabac which never happened , about revenue which never was shown in the financial statement.
They supposed to have a patent wich was of course rejected because the idea was stolen from Rousseau. Of course the patent office find out the fraud. Dear moderator please read the reason for rejection of patent!!!
