RE: RE: RE: Taipan Farm Out - 100% + SP Appreciati Kenya1, you should probably simmer down a bit, the stress seems to be getting the better of you. I'm not sure where the tone and inference in your last post came from but you should cool off and calm the eff down. TPN still has 45 days to close their deal.
As far as SMB, you are way out to lunch and I'm not sure if its simply envy or if you've actually lost the ability to think clearly. Simba has a full carry for the first well including any work prior to drilling; seismic, etc. valued up to $40. Million. And Simba gets $3 Million in cash. Is there something you're not understanding?
SMB has traded over 8 Million shares in 24 hours so people are accumulating and trading....
The Kenya Gov. will ecstatic to have SMB's work program/drilling accelerated and the financial backing in place! Where the heck did you come up with their block in jeopardy nonsense? Calm down it sounds like you've lost the plot today. BTW; Do you know how rich the Ajax football team is? (cheer up mate)
This may help you sort out SMB's sitch;
Highlights of MOU for Simba:
- The transaction provides a significant investment in Simba's Kenya asset, delivering a fully carried predrill exploration program and a commitment to drill and carry Simba for one exploration well
- Ajax is to commit to a work program including drilling one well for Simba representing a gross investment of up to $36.5-million (U.S.) (assuming a well cost of $25-million (U.S.) in Kenya);
- Ajax will pay Simba up to $3.1-million (U.S.) in back costs. In addition, Ajax will provide a net carry of up to $12.4-million (U.S.) (assuming a well cost of $25-million (U.S.)).
