The fact that he hopes to drill 4 wells by the end of the year would indicate that it needs to be very soon in order to accomplish this. Stock price is down to practically nothing and will be nothing if something does not happen soon. I for one never saw this delay in financing coming and the resultant cratering of the stock price. I have had penny stocks go bankrupt on me before and hope this is not another one. I think Joel is a straight shooter based on my conversations with him and I hope he can pull it off.
