I have been following along and watching for any developments too and the only place that i can find anything is on SEDAR where it shows they have been fairly active in the past months since the feb. announcement.
Just yesterday they did a $412,000 non brokerd PP.
The name has been changed to TAAT Lifestyle and Wellness Ltd. but according to an earlier NR, TAAT is to be a wholly owned subsiduary of Molori.
I realize that COVID has impacted so many things that trying to launch a new company at this time may be kinda tough but it looks like they are proceeding.
On the Feb 13 NR it stated that Molori and TAAT were plannig to have the Acquisition completed by April 30 so i have been watching when we can start trading our shares again.
The one thing i see as positive is that they have continued to be a fully reporting company as Joel had said they would during this time of their voluntary exchange delisitng.
Personally i never was a fan of owing hemp stocks but got kinda railroaded into it so i guess we'll see how it goes!..I have been holding prior to the last 4:1 consolidation so they owe me !
