VANCOUVER, CANADA – (May 4, 2020) – TAAT Lifestyle & Wellness Ltd. (the “Company” or “TAAT”) is pleased to announce that it has closed a non-brokered private placement of 2,060,520 common shares (the “Shares”) at a price of $0.20 per Share for gross proceeds of $412,104 (the “Private Placement”).
The net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used for general corporate and working capital purposes. All securities issued in connection with the Private Placement will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months from the date of issuance in accordance with the applicable securities legislation.
