The typical convient stores take time and want to see there is a demand. He also mentioned how tourists are great with product knowledge advancement. Such places like the Caribbean are similar to hubs, as people see something and might purchase it. If they have a positive experience they will more than likely go home and show/tell people about it. So essentially you have a bunch of awareness being brought all over the world via tourists when they return home. My whole point is he never mentioned much more as to how they would go about this. The following day (assuming he could not disclose the information at that point) they announced Tim Corkum being brought on to the TAAT family. One of the big things Tim brings is his connections in such areas as the Carribean. I love strategic planning such as this
