it did not drop from 0.19 to 0.14 (i'll take your word at 26.3% on that)
BUT Rather,
It dropped from $1.19 to $1.14 which equals 5 cents which equals about 4%..
and that small amount is just some normal ebb and flow and does not represent much of a lower price...
Actually after it peaked at 1.28 on sept 08 it dropped and basically held in the 1.18 to 1.22 range which is a perfectly normal retreat after such a run so really, the stock has not had much a pullback,certainly not enough to make any buy decisions.
