I'm calling you out here, bud. How many, 2,3,4, 5, with their names, how many --- please! It's NOT plural, it's one, singular -- insider. Learn some grammar, dude.
It looks like you are right Optex. The only insider doing any recent trading in TAAT shares and options is Cumming. All his recent trades were in October. The next most recent trades by an insider was by Dumaresq back in July and his last 3 trades were public market buys for 40K.
Cumming sold all his common shares and then exercised 112,500 options and sold 28,000 common shares + sold another 56,400 common shares to hold a total of 25,000 options and 28,100 common shares. Thse transactions were all done on the same day October 19 so it looks like the words "Short sale" were more related to the timing of completing the conversion of options to shares and the sale of the shares so Cumming was not actualling shorting any shares. He was selling shares he owned from converting options. He is obviously liquidating his TAAT holdings probably because he is preparing to cease being a Director as other posters here have predicted.
So I'd say Cuming's sales are a non-issue and no cause for alarm.
