States with the lowest tobacco regulations/taxes have the most smokers. Only 5 states smoke more then Ohio, three of these five border Ohio. Setti mentioned next state will be a border state, I believe it's Kentucky! The plan maybe to enter the states with the most amoint of smokers first, collect the beneficial data, and report findings to patent officer! This may fast track patent!!

The patent alone is worth the value of the company today, if issued.
