I don't know about you, but here's what I'd like to know about TAAT before committing to any substantial investment. Disclosure, I had a sizeable position in TAAT(avg under $1, which I held until Sept 2021), at which point I reduced my pos to 0 over the 2 months,  based on general market conditions and these concerns...

Definitive clarification on the legislative ban for Menthol cigarettes....the dateline goalposts keep getting pushed out...now April 23(Frog mentioned April 22 this AM I think) in the U.S. Why? Lobbying? End result? What about European countries? How much of TAAT sales are Menthol?..Substantial?

TAAT is operating in a gray area right now regarding advertising, which is banned for big tobacco. I'm quite sure that behind the scenes Big Tobacco is lobbying extremely hard, and perhaps rightly so, that TAAT has an unfair advantage, on top of the fact  that TAAT is marketing a  product that mimics a tobacco cigarette.  TAAT 2 Samplers are also something that Big Tobacco is not allowed to do, another disadvantage.

I am very concerned that, as has happened in some jurisdictions(do your DD),  regulatory bodies are legislating or contemplating that tobacco taxation rates will apply to anything burned in stick form(paper tube)....that is....if it looks like a cigarette....it will be taxed like a cigarette...regardless of the biomass. There is a lot of uncertainty regarding legislative direction going forward. I am quite sure that BIG TOBACCO feels that TAAT has an unfair advantage regarding taxation..lobby?..just another gray area they are operating in....I forsee some taxation coming(at a minimum to appease big tobacco),,,when?...who knows....but we all know governments are always looking for new revenues streams, and sin taxes are the easiest to implement!

Wondering about HNB before TAAT has really even established a major branding presence...Market conditions seem to be changing.....I personally think there will be a big reset with smoking because of the pandemic....

What's with the ever shifting store counts and store locator...I may be wrong but I thought Setti was talking over 2000 locations a month or 2 ago...now 1200.

Why strategically announce record Dec sales.....and then nothing for Jan or Feb....

It seems to me that they are slow in collecting receivables....What's the avg number of days?

No nicotine ....No tobacco competition heating up.....there seems to be an interest in alternatives...TAAT's first mover advantage may disappear quickly.

How much of the current acquisition value is in physical assets....ie distribution facilities...or will TAAT be leasing those facilities back from the present owner.

Rich TV....puleeeeeze!

I wonder if Ms. Chang is still in the game or has lightened her load??

More dilution coming.....currently approx 115 million with options etc.

Don't get me wrong....I like TAAT....I like that it is a less harmful product.....not by any great stretch outside of the fact it is Beyond nicotine......because tar and lungs don't mix...no matter the biomass.

New developemts NR's not moving the SP lately....ugly markets...move to safety

"Patiently waiting on the sidelines for now"

The financials for this quarter will be quite telling.

OK...it's the weekend....I'll just Ramble on.....outta town

Good luck

Excellent post synectix.  You made several very valid points that others posters like Frogzilla and TCrown-Twattingham1 are  afraid to discuss.
