Trader27: We have no idea whether or not the HLND purchase price is a good deal or not. HKND is profitable but we were told Gross Revenues but NOT Net Operating Profit Without net operating profit data and Intercompany Payables data we can't conclude if the deal was good. We need to see HLND's most recent Financial Statements before we conclude the deal is a good one for retail shareholders but I doubt TAAT will ever let the shareholders see HLND's Financial Statements.
Trader27, your DD is not very thorough. Your conclusion that the HLND purchase is good is
misleading because you are making a conclusion without knowing the most pertinent information. Only time will tell if the HLND purchase was a good deal for the retail TAAT shareholders.
