Patent approval is a long and winding road.....We are a long way off from foreign market approvals and production in third party facilities. A new concern for me now is
"is pleased to announce that it has filed an expedited patent application in the United States for a refinement process of the Beyond Tobacco™ base material for TAAT® in which a broader scope of reconstituted materials containing zero hemp can be utilized to produce a nicotine-free and tobacco-free smoking experience substantially resembling that of a traditional tobacco cigarette, without any residual cannabinoids (
e.g., mullein, hops, lavender, chamomile, ginseng, sage, and peppermint)."
I can envision this new base material will require TAAT to submit the the material for safety studies....somewhat similar to tobacco......wonder if that's a time consuming process!..interesting that they highlight some potential inclusions ....mullein, hops, lavender, chamomile, ginseng, sage, and peppermint. It never crossed my mind that one day i'd be smoking, chamomile??....
1. Chamomile has traditionally been used as an anti-inflammatory. Smoking qualities: Chamomile has a mild, fruity body when smoked. It provides an anti-spasmodic and sedative effect, which will relax your mind and reduce tension. 2. Mullein is a plant used to make medicine.
Some people take mullein by
mouth for breathing conditions such as
cough or
asthma,
pneumonia,
colds, and
sore throat. But there is limited scientific research to support these and other uses.
In manufacturing, mullein is used as a flavoring ingredient in alcoholic beverages.
The chemicals in mullein might be able to fight infections, but more research is needed.
Onwards and Upwards....here's to market acceptance...kindly show us the money TAAT
3. Hops
