PS: Revenues will be very strong IMO, but nobody know for sure until they are released, but I look at it like TAAT really had 3 months to fill 5 months of orders! I'm still concerned with packaging, because it comes from overseas and shipping cargo has been a nightmare for many companies! I can see TAAT stock piling packaging for US markets, but international markets are different!!
A revenue increase won't be a problem when TAAT combines the financials of both businesses. The problem will be turning TAAT's losses into a profit for the combined company. Remember TAAT had a $33,000,000 loss last year. There is no way HLND's profit last year was enough to offset that loss. That explains why HLND agreed to a sale for only $6,604,000 and the low sale price confirms that HLND was not very profitable.
