TAAT is losing money....a lot of money...... and they admit they will continue to lose money going forward.   A retailer might get a higher profit on the sale of a TAAT pack versus a pack of some other brand but the question is will HLND have a higher profit and higher revenues in the next few quarters? My opinion is that the HLND purchase was a strategic mistake motivated by desperation of both management teams of HLND and TAAT.  That is what my analysis shows.....ie; real DD by a "real investor" .  Why do I think that?  .... because this is not my first rodeo.
